Step 1: Visit the Mayo Clinic Patient Portal Login Page

Step 2: Enter Your Username
Type in the username you created when you registered for the portal.
Step 3: Enter Your Password
Type in your secure password in the password field. Make sure the caps lock is off and the password is entered correctly.
Step 4: Complete Two-Step Verification (if enabled)
If you have two-factor authentication set up:
- A verification code will be sent to your email or phone.
- Enter the code to confirm your identity.
Step 5: Click the “Log In” Button
